Internship Opportunities
Since 2001, the Cape Town Refugee Centre has welcomed visiting interns from all over the world. Over the years, interns have contributed to the growth of CTRC and the success of CTRC's goals and programmes. CTRC strives to create a welcoming environment where interns can explore their personal and professional interests while gaining invaluable experiences within an international setting.

The CTRC hosts a variety of conferences, workshops, events, and outreach programmes throughout the year and interns will engage in a variety of interesting tasks.
We locate interns through the local internship programs, the Volunteer Adventure Corps and Connect123. If you are interested in participating in a refugee Internship at Cape Town Refugee Centre, please go to the above placement agencies links, for more information or to apply online. If there is a specific area that you are interested in getting involved with (eg.skills training workshops, children's groups, conferences, translating, events, etc.), please mention this in your application.
